My name is Amy, and I run the whole Roots & Keys suite of services. (Find out more about me here) 

 

I help adults, couples, leaders, and teams communicate with greater confidence, clarity, and kindness, because most of us didn’t grow up learning how to communicate well or resolve conflict in a healthy way. I’ve built my career around helping grownups fill that gap.

If you’re looking for therapy, that's a different thing, but I got you! I will start taking a small caseload of therapy clients again in January 2026. (Same energy, different lane.)
