Corporate Coaching + Facilitation
In my years of work in the social sciences, it is abundantly clear that most people are not taught healthy communication skills in their families of origin. Why should this matter to you, as an HR director, team lead, or CEO?
Because that means many (even your most high-achieving) employees don't know how to have hard conversations in kind ways that don't cause relational injury. Even your most technically-skilled, brilliant team members often don't know how to deliver and receive feedback without defensiveness, people-pleasing, or avoidance. And the reason I love this work is because learning to do these things well is a game-changer for work AND life.

I hate that human skills have been labeled as "soft," because they are anything but. This is undeniably necessary, high-level human skill development that increases trust, collaboration, and psychological safety across teams. Through responsive facilitation and direct, compassionate coaching, employees can learn to handle conflict productively, engage with feedback, and show up as resilient humans at work. It's not therapy, but my stores of clinical knowledge and deep understanding of human behavior underpin all the work. With the same grounded, relational energy I bring to all things, I deliver evidence-informed communication and leadership development to corporate and nonprofit clients across sectors.
The evidence consistently shows that happy, healthy employees work harder and stay with your company longer, which is better for your bottom line. That alone is reason enough to give them the tools they need to be successful at more than just the technical aspects of their work. This is the human stuff that translates across the board.
