I'm Amy Miller, an LCSW with 20 years of experience helping people do the honest, difficult, human things that most of us were never taught to do. Like...communicate in a clear, kind, and healthy way.
I bring that same clinical depth and directness into organizational work, because your employees are full humans, not just performance metrics, and they respond to facilitation that actually meets them there.

What I do differently:
Most communication training gives people a framework and sends them back to the same broken dynamic. I work at the level of actual behavior change. Drawing on clinical knowledge of how humans process conflict, feedback, fear, and shame, I help teams build the real-time skills to interrupt old patterns and build new ones.

I work best with clients who want someone direct, values-grounded, and willing to name what's actually happening in the room. And...I don't do one-size-fits-all. A note on values: My work is explicitly equity-informed and trauma-aware. If your organization is committed to building genuinely inclusive, psychologically safe environments, that's not an add-on for me. It's foundational to everything I do. If that's not where you are, I'm probably not the right fit.

➡Two decades working across schools, nonprofits, private practice, mediation, and organizational consulting.
I'm obsessed with relationships and communication. I've seen (over and over) how systems, teams, and people break down at every level, and I've spent my career building the skills to help repair them.
