My name is Amy, and I run the whole Roots & Keys suite of services. (Find out more about me here) 

 

I do a lot of things, but they're all in the same vein: I help adults, couples, leaders, and teams identify patterns, communicate better, repair conflict more effectively, and be happier.

 

Most of us didn’t grow up learning how to communicate well or resolve conflict in a healthy way. I’ve built my entire career around helping grownups fill that gap with skill + confidence, because I know it radically improves all areas of life.
