Inaugural Group for Men

Stay In It ...A three-session series for men who want to actually, fully show up for their female partners

Most men love their female partners. That’s not the problem! You love her and you want her to be happy.

You deeply want to be a great partner and friend and lover and co-parent. All the things! The desire is there.

And yet...maybe it's not going as well as you'd like.

Maybe it doesn't feel great much of the time, but you're not really sure what's going on.

Maybe she asks for emotional things you don't know how to provide, or even understand.

Maybe your sex life has been on pause for a long time, but you're not sure you understand what you're doing wrong.

The truth is: you can love her all day long, for years on end, and still feel disconnected and closed off from her. And it doesn't really matter whose "fault" that is; you just want to do something about it. (Men love to solve problems!)

And the problem is what happens when the conversation gets hard, or confusing, or emotionally charged, and you check out and/or get defensive.

Or when you chronically feel like you always say the wrong thing without knowing why or exactly what happened. The whole relationship feels like a puzzle you can't figure out.

And then maybe she stops bringing things to you. Maybe the distance grows, or things feel disconnected, but you don’t know how to fix it. (Worse if she is in perimenopause and you really don’t understand that!)

This series is for men who are done with that pattern. Men who want to get in touch with their inner peace so they can be curious, calm, and present with their partners. (Or for women who want their male partners to more deeply understand them. It’s ok if she signs you up as long as you come willingly!)

Over three small group sessions, you’ll learn more about what’s actually happening in her body and nervous system that nobody ever taught you. You’ll learn how to stay curious when your instinct is to defend yourself. You’ll learn what real presence makes possible (including in your sex life!)
